Our headline system. A single, hand-laid layer of fibreglass and resin over a solid 18mm OSB3 deck, with no seams to split or lift. Ideal for extensions, garages, dormers, bays and any domestic flat roof.
GRP fibreglass works across almost any domestic flat roof. These are the jobs we are called out to most often.

Our most popular system. Insulation sits between or below the joists. Cost-effective and ideal for most domestic roofs.
Insulation sits above the deck for greater thermal performance and no cold bridging. Worth it where the room below is heated living space.
Every Smartseal roof comes in your choice of 92 BS4800 colours, with a smooth or non-slip finish to suit the job.

For durability, yes. GRP is one seamless bonded skin with nothing to lift, split or peel, while felt and rubber rely on joints and adhesives that degrade over time. It is also walkable and fire-resistant.
Yes, it is solid and walkable for maintenance. For roofs used regularly, such as balconies or terraces, we add a non-slip aggregate finish for grip underfoot.
