Seamless fibreglass flat roofs across the capital, from Victorian terrace extensions to roof terraces and commercial decks. One continuous skin, no joints to fail, guaranteed for 25 years.
London has more flat roofs per street than almost anywhere else in the country, and most of them are on the back of period houses: rear extensions, side returns, outriggers, dormers and bay tops. Nearly all were originally covered in felt or asphalt, and nearly all eventually fail at the joints and overlaps. A GRP fibreglass roof solves that properly, because it is built up wet in place into one continuous sheet with no seams anywhere.
We are a specialist flat roofing firm, GRP is all we fit, and we have laid roofs right across London: Shoreditch and Hackney in the east, Peckham and Southwark in the south, Earlsfield and Wandsworth in the south west, Chelsea and Kensington in the centre, Southgate and Enfield in the north, and Feltham and Hounslow out west. A director attends every survey and you get a written, fixed-price quote.
Real jobs, in different boroughs, different roof shapes and different finishes.
London roofs come with their own quirks, and they are the reason a general roofer and a flat roof specialist give you very different results.
Victorian and Edwardian rear extensions, side returns and outriggers are the classic London flat roof: small, awkwardly shaped and full of junctions where felt splits. Seamless GRP has no joints to open up.
Outdoor space is precious in London, so a lot of flat roofs double as terraces. We lay a non-slip, fully waterproof walk-on finish built for foot traffic. More on balconies →
Narrow streets, shared alleys, permit bays and no front drive. We are used to it: we plan access, deliveries and any scaffold before the job starts so it runs cleanly.
Large parts of London sit in conservation areas or have listed buildings, which can affect what you are allowed to change. More on planning permission →

Yes, that is a large part of our London work. Rear extensions, side returns, outriggers and dormers suit seamless GRP well because there are no joints or overlaps to fail, which is where felt normally gives up.
Yes. GRP is strong enough to walk on and we can lay a non-slip finish designed for foot traffic, which is why it suits London roof terraces and balconies.
We plan access, deliveries and any scaffolding before the job starts. We are used to narrow streets, shared alleys, permit parking and properties with no driveway.
Replacing an existing flat roof like-for-like is normally permitted development and needs no planning permission. Conservation areas and listed buildings are the main exception, and large parts of London fall into them, so it is worth checking with the council first.
A director will visit, measure up and talk you through your options. No pressure, no follow-up sales calls.
